Items are shipped via Canada Post. If your order comes with a tracking number paypal will send you an email containing the tracking information once your package has been shipped. Small orders usually do not come with tracking however, PayPal will still notify you be email when it’s been shipped.

Packages are usually shipped out once or twice a week once cleared payment is received. Delivery time varies depending on where you are located. Shipping to the US can take anywhere from 4-12 business days (monday-friday) and shipping within Canada usually takes 1-7 business days.

**International Orders: Shipping to anywhere other than Canada/USA must be calculated manually. Once your purchase is made you will receive a paypal invoice or an email with 2 shipping options that you can select from. Once you’ve selected an option you will receive a paypal invoice to pay for it. Delivery times for international orders vary between 6 business days to 6 weeks and you will be notified of the delivery times in the email that tells you your options. Although it rarely happens, if your order is fairly large and over a certain value customs does have the right to charge you taxes on your order which have to be paid in order for you to receive your package. Real Queens is not responsible for any customs delays, fees or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival to the destination country.

***Shipping for large orders of over 6lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges that are not automatically calculated when you proceed to the checkout page, so please note if the highest shipping estimate generated by the checkout calculator(which is $22.75)is not sufficient to send out your package, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the additional shipping charges.

example: If you purchase 4lbs of shea butter and the Eli Complete Combo the package weight will be approximately 8.5lbs in which case we’ll have to send you an invoice for an additional $4.71
